Starting tomorrow, I am only going to have 1 or less servings of soda (I don't drink much now, but I'd like to cut it pretty much out) and have more fruit than candy. Baby steps. I think that if I get my diet to a healthy, maintainable level, then I'll be able to become a pescetarian, then a vegetarian, and then possibly a vegan. I just want to simplify my diet so I feel better.
